Return & Refund Policy

At Elyxir Nootropics, we take pride in the quality and purity of our cognitive enhancers. Because our products are consumable health supplements, we have established the following policy to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

1. Returns & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the heat-induction seal intact.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or tampered with.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@elyxirnootropics.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened supplement bottles/jars.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Items purchased during certain promotional events (unless damaged).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email info@elyxirnootropics.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
